Joe Dodgy's Dice and Games uses Australia Post to ship your order. We offer both regular tracking and Express Post options within Australia. We aim to ship within 24 hours of payment to make sure you get your items as quickly as humanly possible. Tracking numbers are recorded and are available on request although most customers will also receive tracking information emails from Australia Post once their order has been dispatched.
Depending on the postage method you choose and the distance your parcel has to travel, delivery can take up to 10 days to occur. Remote Australian locations & territories may take longer.
Free Australian shipping is available for all orders over $200.
Joe Dodgy's Dice and Games are an online only store, we do not offer a pickup option.
Joe Dodgy's Dice and Games has years of experience sending items to all parts of the globe. Registered or Express Post options are available. Tracking numbers are recorded and available on request. Please note that we fill in the true value of items on customs forms and all local duties & taxes are the responsability of the purchaser.
From time to time a product that was showing in stock might turn out to be damaged, lost, stolen or sold and forgotten about. (Doh!) In all cases, Joe Dodgy's Dice and Games will work quickly to bring the item back into stock and get it on the way to you. No additional postage will be payable to ship backorders.
Should you decide you do not want to wait for a back order to be sourced and delivered, we will happily refund the purchase price immediately on request.
RETURNS, DAMAGE & INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately with the details. Providing a digital photo of the problem will aid us in quickly confirming the issue and identifying the best method to correct it. Your complete satisfaction is important to us!
We cannot accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. So please choose carefully!
